SHIPPING + PROCESSING
All ribbons are hand dyed,hand frayed and pressed by our team in small batches. We are able to fulfil large amount of ribbons in a shortest time frames, and sometimes we can ship small orders same day then order was placed, but most orders request some time for production. Please read carefully about our processing time and shipping to to calculate the time for on-time delivery.
Our current in-house processing time for all ribbon 2-5 business days + the shipping method you select. It is rare, but for bulk orders we may require additional processing time. You will be alerted immediately if this is the case.
If you purchase a textile, we have a current lead time of 3-7 business days + the shipping method you select, as each silk textile is custom made to-order. If you ordered 20+ napkins, processing time can take up to 2 weeks.
We ship worldwide to any country. Please keep in mind some important basics:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. These charges are set by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but are subsequently missing or stolen.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
- If you have strict timeframes, or it's less than 2 months before your event, we recommend to use express shipping to avoid unexpected delays. We cannot influence delivery or rush it once order was shipped.
